The health and wellbeing of all our customers is our absolute priority at SIV.
Following the latest government update & the move into the Stay Alert stage Whitby Pavilion still remains closed to the public.

If you booked tickets with Whitby Pavilion and your event is cancelled:- You don't need to do anything all ticket & booking fees will be automatically refunded to the card on which you purchased your tickets with.
If you booked tickets with Whitby Pavilion and your event is rescheduled:- If you still wish to attend the new date simply turn up and your tickets will be valid and you don't need to do anything.
Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled show please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating your booking reference number & your latest contact details so we can then start the refund process & contact you if there are any issues.
If you have any other question then you can email the Pavilion Box Office at email@example.com who will try to assist.
In line with the latest government advice and for the safety of our employees our offices and call lines are closed and we can only accept email correspondence - as such we ask that you only contact us if absolutely necessary and thank you for your patience during this very busy time - we will get back to you.
