Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

The health and wellbeing of all our customers is our absolute priority at SIV.

Following the latest Government updates Whitby Pavilion still remains closed to the public.

We are committed to ensuring that we reduce the risk of Coronavirus for all our customers and employees to an absolute minimum.

Changes to shows and events are being posted here:

We will continue to monitor the on-going Coronavirus outbreak and will update this website, our Facebook, Twitter Instagram accounts with all relevant information regarding re-opening.

CANCELLED EVENTS: If you booked tickets with Whitby Pavilion and your event is cancelled you don't need to do anything, all ticket and booking fees will automatically be refunded onto the card with which you purchased your tickets. We will be in touch if you paid by cash or your card has expired.

RESCHEDULED EVENTS: If you booked tickets and your event is rescheduled simply turn up for the performance with your original tickets, your tickets will remain valid and you don't need to do anything. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled show please let us know by emailing [email protected] stating your order number or booking reference number and your latest contact details so we can advise you how to claim a refund.

In line with the latest Government advice and for the safety of our employees our offices and call lines are closed and we can only accept email correspondence - we ask that you only contact us if absolutely necessary and thank you for your patience during this very busy time - we will get back to you.

We encourage our customers to continue to follow the current guidelines on personal hygiene:

Wash your hands regularly with soap & water for at least 20 seconds.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and follow the CATCH IT.  BIN IT.  KILL IT. guidance
